Tips for Success

Divide the tissue culture portion into small clumps and plant them 1–2 cm apart directly into a fine, nutrient-rich substrate. Monte Carlo spreads via runners and will gradually knit together into a lush, seamless carpet. Medium to high lighting and CO₂ injection will produce the fastest, most compact growth, though it can carpet under lower-tech conditions with patience.
