Rotala ramosior 'Florida' is a sought-after aquarium stem plant known for its deep purple leaves and green stems, ideal for midground/foreground placement in tanks, but it's demanding, requiring high light, CO2 and nutrients for best color, otherwise it turns green; it's a slow grower, making it rarer and pricier than other Rotala species.
